They will refund it but they won't refund it?

For cancelling products not dispatched any refund due will be processed within 14 days of an email they send to you. So whenever 'they' decide to email you the 14 day clock will start, hopefully they will email this year...

I’ve returned stuff to them plenty of times, no smoke and mirrors. And if they fulfil your order from multiple dispatches, your return period begins from the delivery of the last item to arrive. (edited)

I bought the Freeride gloves, and the Nevada packable jacket and the Descender V3 jacket.

But I just noticed I'm only expected to receive my items on the 21-24 of May. Is that correct?

And will they be genuine Alpinestars?

The price was quite a deal, true clearance prices. And I see they sell a bunch of other stuff, including expensively priced gear not on sale - so it looks a genuine company.

It a good thing I just got a Hi-viz orange cycling jacket from Halfords for £15 (on sale also), so I don't need one urgently and can wait a bit.

Yes long delivery is common, think they bulk order from manufacturers or let manufacturers know how much they can clear once orders have come in.

They will be genuine, yes.
