    Great product in theory, but unfortunately it will start to rot after a couple of seasons. Had two in the past and both had issues with spilts and misaligned joints, straight out of the flat pack.
    Needs a dump truck to fill it and the liner allows moisture to be trapped against the ‘balsa’ FSC wood.

    Got mine about 3 years ago from costco, with the cover for less than half this price.
    Still in pristine condition and no rot what so ever.

    You can make one of these in pine for about £50 and a couple of hours without particularly special tools (a mitre saw and a nail gun speed things up no end). You get the immediate benefit that you can customise them. I made a few 3m ones that were a little taller, and a mini one for the kids.

    But I'm not sure I could DIY one in cedar and even match this price. It's about 35m board length. Cheapest cedar I can find is £7/m. Nearly double the price of this. (edited)

    These historically were very good quality but now they are more popular so probably more mass produced I am hoping quality remains.

    The whole thing weighs 26 Kg which for the size of it seems a bit light to me, considering it's supposed to hold 420L of compost.
