We have a house gathering in a few months, so I was searching for BBQs here.
Why is this considered better than the other BBQs at half the price that are available?
Dont mind paying extra but would like to know why people love this one over the others.
I guess my second question would be is it worth paying £630 for the 800 or is the 560 good enough for most people?
3rd question. Whats it like to clean? (edited)

If you want to cook burgers and sausages don't buy this. This is for someone who mainly smokes but wants to also be able to grill on the same machine. As a smoker you wont get better for the money other than a Weber smokey mountain but that requires a good bit of user effort.

I have the 800 and it's too big for us. I'd swap for a 560 but my space for it is small. If i had more room I'd definitely keep the 800.

A pain to clean. The beef short ribs brisket and much more make up for it though.

If you only want to BBQ then get a mastertouch.

Just bit the bullet on this. Anyone have one, any tips, caveats etc would be welcome from 1st hand experience

Cover the manifold in foil. Or buy/make a manifold cover. Keep it clean.

Buy switches now. They take a while to arrive and will fail. I just have simple on/off toggle switches on mine now.

Check out voucher codes or BLC (if you have it) for a slightly higher discount (7% or 8% respectively). Got mine for £352, arrived on Sunday and put together, now just to get the first cook going!

Seriously tempted by this, but might have to get a bullet proof vest to save me from the wife.....any deals on one of those?

Great deal, I have the 800 and would have snapped this up if had been the same price a few years ago when I got it

I would have bought this had I not just picked up a used 800. Every man with a garden should have one of these.

Just ordered with 4% TBC. Didn't need one but I wanted to buy a decent quality BBQ this year. I hate this app

So with this digital fan, does this mean i wont have to adjust the grate like i have to on my weber every 5 minutes???
    veri's avatar
Yep, manage from your phone too, on WiFi. Just need a robot to tip more fuel in every 10 hours
