Can't grumble for this price - yes there are cheaper crumpets out there but many people think Warburtons are the best and this is a pre-inflation price

For those that like to follow a political choice, Warburtons were supporters of Brexit.
So if the Remainers would kindly leave the stock on the shelf in Southampton, and I will be along later to buy stock for the freezer

So you're saying that people too lazy to google fake claims by brexit campaign are the same people who are too lazy to make crumpets at home?

    Shocker!

I still find it hard to understand why it's a 9 pack.... I only ever eat them in 2's.....

Maybe the surplus due to the fallout with Waitrose...

Overpriced even at this. I prefer the Sainsbury's version.

Why do people buy these branded crumpets, when own label are less than half the price but taste pretty much exactly the same? Tried these and couldn't tell the difference.

Many people think Warburtons crumpets are the best. They are thicker and fluffier than most of the cheaper ones. When these are fresh and toasted just right with melted butter they are hard to beat. At 90p for 9 they are not that much more expensive than the cheap supermarket ones and are therefore absolutely worth it if you prefer them. (edited)
