    however, FYI for people not aware, your google home speaker or your iphone/ipad (if you have) can play white noise. google it to learn how. we nearly bought a white noise machine but realised we had a spare google home and the white noise will play for 12 hours straight and you can adjust volume in the app etc.

    I haven't tried this particular one, but did buy another cheap white noise speaker. Wasn't happy with it at all, it sounded very tinny and was extremely annoying to listen to. Didn't actually work as a lot of the lower frequencies could still be heard. Fortunately, I had a spare Bluetooth speaker which I hooked up to an old phone on which I downloaded a white noise mp3. Speaker produces a much better sound that drowns out more sound, and we find the baby is very settled now when sleeping.
    Amazon Echos also have it, but the sound loops every hour, and fades out/in at end/start of each loop, which wasn't ideal for us as we wanted constant sound.
    It's been over a year, and I find myself struggling to sleep without it now!
