Not really seeing bad games here guys. Some are perhaps a little old, but none of them are bad. If they're not for you that's different.

Probably saving up for the next two months with Starfield and Forza.

Cannot wait for those as well.

Xbox 360 was the best era for gaming, do they even bother making decent games anymore?

Or are they still making remakes?

Stopped gaming a couple of years ago

Hi pal, sorry to hear about that, if you want to restore your love for gaming, there's a new Game called 'Gollum'.

    Check it out.

Wow. Just when I think XGP can't get any worse, MS continue to prove me wrong.
    Adamo's avatar
How about actually trying the games? Celeste is great, Short Hike is nice too.
  6. jak22's avatar
It might be better just to post what's leaving and as a footnote the new games each month few might have heard of or particularly want. Even at £5 a month for GP a single game like Zelda TotK is far beyond anything on GP - and as DLC isnt included its wiser just to buy Starfield outright (once patched). Only Rewards makes GP worthwhile these days.

At least we have good summer weather so we can all go outside and enjoy it.

I generally find MJR cringe AF. His endless "hidden gems" videos are usually full of stinky turds (edited)

Everspace 2 is really good have 100+ hours on pc
  10. Mattevansc3's avatar
Had a notification from the GamePass app that Baldurs Gate 1&2 Definitive Editions were added to GamePass. They aren’t in the app and no official announcement so it could be an accidental early announcement
    mattbat's avatar
    I had the same

It's not great but every month can't hit. It's always the same people in here though, they'll probably moan next month too when Starfield, Lies of P and Payday 3 on top of whatever else comes to Game Pass. (edited)

That will be mostly the ones who don't have an Xbox or Gamepass. (edited)

Excellent. I’ve been wanting to play “A short hike” for months.
  15. BMG21's avatar
I think MS is trolling people at this stage. I might play some of these for a little while but there is no way on this earth anyone could could argue that these are sufficient for a "premium" service
    JTD.ST's avatar
Everspace 2. Nuff said. That is worth my monthly cost this month.

Game pass has been awful the last few month, if I hadn't done the Xbox gold conversion I would have cancelled so quickly. And will unless they actually start giving decent games.
    FunkyDomino's avatar
Yeh I and probably many many others certainly wouldn't pay the real price for it. It would definitely be cheaper for me to pay as I giving terms of acquiring games given the scarcity of anything worth playing.
Still at least I'm sorted until April 26 🤭

Phil Spencer more like Frank Spencer. The man's lost the plot.

Who the hell is Frank Spencer?!?

Celeste is a good one on the off chance someone is yet to play it, and A Short Hike looks like a nice relaxing time and is highly reviewed. I'd considered picking it up on Switch so that's a good addition for me!
    Mattevansc3's avatar
I’d stick with the Switch. It’s a very low res game, similar to an early DS game and doesn’t look good on a 48”+ screen.

The game itself is good though
  21. teldel7's avatar
Heat for the post, but the game selection is terrible. They’re probably still celebrating and riding on the FF XIV announcement and didn’t think anyone would notice the naff games this month.
Great result for FF fans though.

At last Broforce comes to Xbox! I never thought I'd see the day. It's one of the best local multilayer games ever. Can't wait!
  27. TwentyTwo's avatar
I'd like to point out this only covers the first half of the month, there will be more games added including Texas Chainsaw Massacre, pitchforks down people.

Limbo is an outstanding game but I am sure it's been on game pass or games for gold before so most will have played it but if you haven't its a must play

A Short Hike is extremely cosy, I don't usually play these types of games but this really scratched an itch. Also was free on epic games a few years ago too
