I paid £280 last year for a almost new one from cash converters, with warranty with Microsoft 8 months and cash converters 12 months, worth checking them daily i say.

Good price for ebay. Worth checkkng Cash Converters too as they regularly have Series X's come in stock without controllers for <£230 and with controllers for <£250. I picked one up with controller and cables for £209 because it had a small dent on the outer casing at the back (works perfectly though).

It always baffles me that consoles can have scuffs and scratches etc. I literally buy mine, plug it in and never touch it again and when I sell it, it is like brand new only a little dusty. I've seen some second hand consoles that looked like someone played football with them on concrete, in terrible, terrible condition. What people do with them?

People with kids know, especially if they are moving locations!

I just bagged a series x from cash generator for the lad for £169 with a controller. Disc drive doesn't work but we haven't used discs for 2-3 years now.

Generators are definitely better. You can judge condition from the online pictures which are HD not blurred like Converters Mickey Mouse IT. I was saved from a transaction by an Australia Post error at the checkout. Good job on the software localisation.
