    No it has a Mediatek chip. Snapdragon based ones tend to have custom Roms. If you want a phone with large Rom community the Poco F5 is a good choice.

    Looking to upgrade from my Samsung s20 fe. Anyone think this is good enough upgrade? Or the 13t Pro or something completely different?

    I basically want a better battery. Quicker charging and better camera.

    Yes and no - the extra 4GB is similar in concept to swap on a PC. So swapping in and out from the storage.

    in what way it's a rubbish SOC? I have the slower dimensity 8100 in mine and can't complain, it's fast, cool and power efficient. (edited)

    It is cheaper, though not the UK version. If you have a super fast charger of your own, may be worth trying though.

    I got one of these about 10 days ago directly from Xiaomi for a couple of quid less with a free tablet. If I'd paid this price I'd still be perfectly happy with it. Not had any issues with it, it's a great all rounder without excelling at any one particular feature.
    Battery life gets more than a full day with fairly heavy mixed usage.
