    Anyone know?

On the specs page it says "Wall mount size 75mm × 75mm" - mi.com/uk/…ecs

Thing is, I have never used a monitor with higher than 1920 x 1080. I'm using a 27" one with that resolution as I write. With another having the same resolution beside it. Oh and another two, with the same resolution above them. Now what resolution that combination provides, I leave to you - but it works for me. They are near enough frameless and I don't notice the black lines when using multiple ones on the same source.

I don't know what a single monitor, of that screen size, with that resolution and frame rate would cost. I do know that, if one monitor fails, it's not a big problem. Easy and relatively cheap to swap out. A couple of them are on switches, so that I can switch periodically see how my NC mill and lathe are doing - if they are in operation. Trying to work out their path algorithm - which can be quite happy doing twiddly bits in one corner then leaps off to somewhere else to do a bit there - then comes back to continue. It could be something to do with not overheating (and thus warping) the workpiece in one place and so distributes the work across the board. Or it could just not be very clever.

Thing is, the monitors are at the back of my albeit generous-width workbench. Probably not the best viewing distance for a monitor.

    Does it have inbuilt speaker?
    Deleted041071960810's avatar
    No - mentioned above.

No speaker, but does have a 3.5mm headphone socket, so can drive headphones or speakers.

27" at 1080p is no go, min 1440p or you are wasting your money if using it close up

Probably sounds stupid to some of you people. I just wondered if this is any good for the legion go? I'm just looking for a monitor to play a few games on. I know it's a handheld device but just also wondered if the go could outputs a better spec monitor? I hope this makes sense. Many thanks
    Friankie's avatar
no idea about the legion go but u should check the outputs it supports. might not support 165Hz?

Will my parcel arrive if I give correct city street name and house number but postcode of nearest street to mine? Xiaomi site doesn't want to accept my postcode no matter what (new +-2 years old development)... (edited)

You might get lucky there but there's a thing on the royal mail site to fix that. I had the same issue when I first moved into a new build so I filled in the form on the royal mail site and a week or so later I didn't have the problem on websites anymore.

we have a benq gl2450-t monitor in the office - would this XiaoMi be a noticeable improvement?

    Looking at the spec, probably.

For the price it sounds a really good deal.

I've been thinking of upgrading my two 23 inch Dell monitors in my home office with two 27 inch monitors. Would 2 of these be fine for work? I won't be gaming at all.

Ordered 2 vesa compatible, great for home office

I have a Lenovo P27h-10 monitor for many years now, maybe like 5 or 6?
Was thinking that the latest monitors might be miles better.
But checked second hand sold prices on eBay... and they're still going for like £80-90! Similar to the price of this 27" monitor brand new!

Is my monitor still pretty good spec-wise?
  27. iCantstop's avatar
Tempted to buy two and have them for my small home desk
