    Go to an Asian supermarket and buy a box of curry blocks to make a roux yourself. Much cheaper and more authentic..

    Nice, time to stock up! Sure there are tastier, more authentic and cheaper ways of making Teriyaki or Katsu, but as convenient?

    Works really well with left over scraps of meat from the Sunday roast. Fry up the scraps in a pan with a bit of oil, add the sauce and heat to almost a boil. Serve with rice. Boom - Monday's dinner.

    Not 3 for 2 in my local Tesco. 70p per packet. Remember they were 50p when on deal prior to inflation.!! Lol
