sorted byIt claims up to 5m… but what was the spray acc like? I’m gonna be aiming across an attic, it is boarded in the middle so I’m not just head through a hatch, I can get within about 1.5-2m of the nest… but obv I want to be as close to the hatch as possible to ditch and run in the event of aggressive behaviour
Recon this will be ok?
Also, is this corrosive to anything like the plasterboard on the ceiling (basically they are right in the corner near the wall where the insulation stops so likely if I spray it then some will get on the plasterboard… I assume it’s plasterboard, whatever the ceiling is made from )
We sucked up with the vacuum must have been a few thousand.
Called the pest people and woman asked me to go outside and count how many came in and out in a minute and I said over a hundred and she said good lord we will be round tomorrow.
The guy opened the loft and it was right there in front of him two bigger then basketball sized nest he had to take a step back and said to me erm get out the house.
They were going for him like nothing in seconds as I'm running down the stairs LOL
Said he hadn't see a nest that big before said he had about 8000-16000 wasps in those nests
Apparently as they were losing so many in our bathroom the queen kept producing overtime.
It was like heavy rain how many were dropping dead on the ceiling. Said after two days you can go up and clean up. Went up 3 days later and there was still wasp returning to nest even though the queens gone.
Mind you one year I had a hornets nest in the loft. They were fine as well. Couple got in the house but never got stung. They seemed less aggressive than wasps
And before anyone says, so why would I use this, I wouldn't, I'd send someone else into do it!
