Boots Student Card Removal from Account

Is anyone else experiencing the same issues as myself, I’ve only had the card linked to my account for around 6 months, and again they have just disconnected it.

Which means I now need to go back down to Boots and link the student again onto my advantage card.

Why are boots doing this, should I be using the card more often?

    Pop instore with your totum card and ask the cashier to link/reactivate your nus/totum card with advantage card . Try buying something to make sure 10% works
