I note many comments over the time I've been here from people complaining the 'contact us' form isn't working or being responded to.

Well I've had responses to several queries, all by email.
So it's working for me.

Might be that people need to check the (presumably) fake email addresses they signed up with and perhaps they may find responses from the site staff there?

On the other hand, maybe there has been an enhancement in customer service recently since I've only started using that form in recent months.

    I don't know, but I'm just pleased for Villa / Restard / Bestard / Uranus getting a response to his thread after 7 months.

    I like the way that a ‘.’ was added to post one by a moderator.
    If only they could correct every post in ask or misc with the incorrect spelling and punctuation, that would be a great improvement of the site in my opinion

    Hi. A deal has been listed for a while has had a price increase. Switch Triangle Strategy is now £34.57 after euro conversion, but has been even higher than this in the past day or two. Currently listed at £28.80. hotukdeals.com/dea…618

    Hi 👋 keep getting an error occurred message on notifications so I deleted and re installed and now it’s doing the same on logging in any ideas ?
