Electrical Wire Detector Recommendations

I need to drill into a wall but want to check that there aren't any live wires.

Can anyone recommend a good detector?

I got this as some of the Chinese ones didn't pass my fakespot research and didn't want to make a mistake.

I recall watching videos on YouTube or reviews by people to see if the different models were genuine. This seemed a good compromise and worked well for me detecting wires in the wall before I put up my projector screen.

As a general rule of thumb all wires should travel vertical or horizontal from switches or outlets.

Check the other side of the wall you're drilling as well.

I've a Bosch service detector that detects running water was well.

I'm gonna contradict myself here... but even with the diagram above. I never drill a hole without first checking.
