Family link

Has anyone come across this issue with family link?

You setup some phones but one of them won't allow you to use fingerprint or face recognition.

Tried different Google accounts but the common factor is the phone.

Phone is a OnePlus 10 Pro 5G.

First I thought it was because the phone was Chinese but every other phone seems to work fine.

Can't find a solution online.
