Help setting up a phone line for a business

Hi All,

I am looking to set up a phone line for my takeaway business.

My requirements are:
- I will have one phone to answer calls (potentially increasing to two if all goes well)
- A queuing system to hold customers on the line until I can answer them.

I do not need any rerouting options of any sort, I am not well versed in this area so any suggestions would be welcomed.
