If you pre-ordered then you would probably have got the watch deal.
If you wanted to get the earbuds and tag you would need to cancel your pre-order and get a refund and then reorder the new offer.
Not sure what difference that would make to the phone cost and any trade-in values as there were some good deals in the pre-order launch.....even if the actual fulfilment of the orders was a shambles.
