Tenants rights / house for sale

Hi, tbh i am a bit scared to provide all details as I know landlord is on here. If this goes against the rules admin pls delete. But is there anyone pls who can answer few of my questions - the best if u work in estate agency? Thank you. I don't want to create fake account & if i post details landlord will recognize it.     Be careful in case your landlord suspects, and tries a private dialog with you.
    Best off going to the people who know what they are doing, and will work for the tenant. Which would tend to remove estate agents and other landlords
