Can’t save feedback but option shows

On app the icon is shown to save a feedback eg. For quick reference to go back to.

the icon shows. When you select it, it states “incorrect type”.

Why can’t it be saved, as you can’t search feedback, nor order it eg by last update, oldest, newest or using a keyword.
