hi While we appreciate your suggestion, and share concerns about the legitimacy of certain websites, we cannot definitively declare a site as a scam. We lack the authority to make such a categorical judgment.

Nevertheless, we strongly encourage our members to report any suspicious activities or websites through the designated channels. Additionally, seeking advice from their local trading standards office is a prudent first step to ensure their, and potentially other customers, online safety. A proactive approach helps maintain a safer online community for all and we always encourage members to share their knowledge and feedback (edited)

A submission to NCSC is not a definitive assertion; the NCSC is the one that decides what to do and what to label it. Otherwise, they wouldn't be publicly inviting people to submit what the people believe to be suspicious knowing that most people don't have the knowledge to make that determination. (edited)
