All Flight Discounts, Offers and Sale - December 2018
I agree. Ryanair are obsessed with headline prices. Hard to travel at those prices though! The quicker this 'issue' is banned, the better!
But usually with Ryanair and many more unfortunately nowadays you end up paying masses more then the upfront price let's on! Plus you can't do a cheap search for a price anymore as you have to go through all the ins and outs only to find it 70 quid more than 2 quid unless of course you don't by the oxygen (unicorn)
There will be more sales, lots and lots of them, believe me. I'd like to know what is the longest Ryanair have gone between 'sales'?
Need a cheap flight to Turin Hoping Ryanair will have more sales and that fares on the Italian routes will be as low as this deal
I agree flking disgraceful asset stripers..should be shut down..how they haven't crashed is beyond me (god forbid)..our lady must be smiling down on them..want to make it clear this is aimed at o leary specifically not the people who work there treated like schnit.
Hmm I might need to be apologised "for", actually, but not "to".
No problem, I don't need to be apologised for. On consideration of my previous posts and looking at things in context I apologise to you for making you feel like you aught to apologise to me.
Sorry, didn’t realise this was Hot UK Confessions. My mistake entirely.
Wasn't a joke. But you're right. Easy win. It was a confession. You shouldn't laugh at confessions. If you think me saying that is a joke then there's something seriously wrong gong on.
Wow, easy win for most tasteless joke of the day.
We went beginning of April last year & the weather was lovely and warm
From £299 pp. Rather vague, most of the holidays start at a lower price. Depends when you go. Ryanair starts from £9.99, try to find this price during school holidays...This would have been a good price in peak season, but at that time is more than double price, plenty of all inclusive for that price.
I paid £350 for 4 of us to go to Croatia in a 5* hotel granted it's not all inclusive but that's £1250 cheaper than this deal. If you shop around you can get really good deals. Most of the dates when people want to go on this deal are coming up at £500-£600pp which is not a good deal for 1 week in Croatia
It includes return flight, 7 days in 4* hotel and all the food even if it less than £400 I think it is a good deal....
Remember, if Ryanair's online checkin system goes down (like it did recently), you have to check in at the airport and they charge you something ridiculous like £55 per person per flight - even if it is their fault!
I've flown with them and with EasyJet recently. A huge difference between them even though both are regarded as low cost carriers. On EasyJet, we were automatically seated together, allowed to bring hand luggage with no weight limit, didn't have to endure non stop sales pitches from the crew, and the seats were slightly more comfortable.
I'm flying with them in Dec but I got the ticket before this bag stuff came in but still had to pay for premium ticket or what ever it was so the flight went from 20 to 40 time you seats on etc. Was emotion black mail as a trip with your other half you atleast want to sit together...
I don't mind Ryan Air you get what you pay for but I don't see them as cheap any more all the add ons you need to pay for just makes the ticket double in price. They are constantly looking to squeeze money out of you with bag charges, seat charges, speedy boarding which is a shame as a airline with no thrills that isn't trying to squeeze people would win easily. In the long run they have killed themselves with all the bad publicity.
No worries, I did think it would get a frosty reception but thought it worth a post.
Are you serious? I was thinking if I got a x2 GTX 1080s in SLI I would be getting at least 60 FPS. Uffff
Yes, this is a X-Plane 11 deal page. if you think it's a good deal for X-Plane 11 you click + and if you think it's a bad deal for X-Plane 11 then you click -
I purchased Xplane 11 the day it was released for pretty much the same price. It’s absolutely phenomenal. 75GB worth of rich detail. One caveat is, even running 2x 2080ti via NVLink, when video settings are set to Ultra details, I only get 20FPS lol. Great simulator though.
At least I have deals... cant remember where I stated it wasn't a good deal, hmmm, wait. I didnt. :/
Ok so Lockheed Martin own P3D who should know a thing about flight sim. But given this is HotUKDeals, is this the best price for XP11? YES or NO on price should be the voting criterion, not whether P3D is "better" by some subjective criteria, "best flight simulator EVER" is OP opinion. Much like your comments "superb game" for your previous deals??
Each will make their own decision, personally I would not touch any item that 21% of people thought was poor.
Yes, but OVERALL - they get 3.5/5 stars. Theresa May should have hired you for your ability to 'spin' figures... (lol)
There is a reason they are cheap. Amazon reviews have 21% one star: Here
I like the London bus ones. Might buy for short breaks. Heat. :D
No info about flight departure times? How do I know I don't land middle of the night, before buying the voucher?
Has anyone got any idea how this would work for two adults and a baby? Thank you.
I've had this problem twice with tourcentre with deals listed on Holiday pirates.... availability changes but can be amened... always with a price uplift
You can usually find similar deals yourself if you check Ryanair and I'd recommend tripadvisor to search for hotels and it'll compare price of different companies etc..
fck that then
Flown to Orlando twice with them and they were excellent. New planes and lots of leg room. Think I’ve also been with them to Boston or New York.
Never ever ever use Norwegian air shocking airline, up there with the most delays and cancellations. Just check any departure board where they fly from.
Hey if you book early enough you can get as low as £200 with luggage (I stupidly didn't book so the price went up shortly after!) If you're not fussed on dates, I found flying with Virgin slightly cheaper (no luggage included). This is based on 2 adults and 2 children as it is my set up, but works out as approx £230 per ticket. I don't have quidco so not sure if this can get any cheaper with a cashback redemption too.
Went OOS but now back in. Received mine yesterday so pleased with it I ordered the Cabin Spinner which is also half price. https://www.caseluggage.com/ted-baker-take-flight-tbw103prb-cabin-spinner.html?refSrc=13232&nosto=nosto-page-product3
Go on, do it just for me (y)
Return to heathrow via tube costs me more than this.
Spare a thought for poor ole Michael O’Leary, Chief Executive of Ryanair. After arriving in a hotel in Manchester, he went to the bar and asked for a pint of Guinness. The barman nodded and said, "That will be £1 please, Mr. O’Leary." Somewhat taken aback, O'Leary replied, "That's very cheap," and handed over his money. "Well, we do try to stay ahead of the competition", said the barman. "And we are serving free pints every Wednesday from 6 pm until 8 pm. We have the cheapest beer in England". "That is remarkable value", Michael comments. "I see you don't seem to have a glass, so you'll probably need one of ours. That will be £3 please." O'Leary scowled, but paid up. He took his drink and walked towards a seat. "Ah, you want to sit down?" said the barman. "That'll be an extra £2. You could have pre-booked the seat, and it would have only cost you £1." "I think you may be too big for the seat sir, can I ask you to sit in this frame please". Michael attempts to sit down but the frame is too small and when he can't squeeze in, he complains "Nobody would fit in that little frame". "I'm afraid if you can't fit in the frame you'll have to pay an extra surcharge of £4 for your seat sir". O'Leary swore to himself, but paid up. "I see that you have brought your laptop with you" added the barman. "And since that wasn't pre-booked either, that will be another £3." O'Leary was so incensed that he walked back to the bar, slammed his drink on the counter, and yelled, "This is ridiculous, I want to speak to the manager". "I see you want to use the counter," says the barman, "that will be £2 please." O'Leary's face was red with rage. "Do you know who I am?" "Of course I do Mr. O'Leary." "I've had enough! What sort of a Hotel is this? I come in for a quiet drink and you treat me like this. I insist on speaking to a manager!" "Here is his e-mail address, or if you wish, you can contact him between 9.00 am and 9.01am every morning, Monday to Tuesday at this free phone number. Calls are free, until they are answered, then there is a talking charge of only £1 per second, or part thereof". "I will never use this bar again". "OK sir, but do remember, we are the only hotel in England selling pints for £1." XD XD XD
Good deal for non-critical flights when you can accommodate delays without much issue.
Just to clarify what I meant. The 2 hour arrival rule is nothing to do with the flight of the aircraft you were supposed to fly on. It only relates to any alternate flight you may have accepted from Ryanair to get you to your original destination. When Ryanair cancel a flight, they have to offer you two options. You can either accept a full refund or you can choose to fly on the next available (same day or next day) Ryanair flight. If you went for the refund because there was no suitable alternate flight from the same airport or any alternate airport and you never got to fly to your destination, ignore that 2 hour rule as it is irrelevant. Ryanair stated last April that they aim to pay a "valid" claim under the EU261 flight delay regulation within 10 days of receiving it. The Ryanair link to use for claiming compensation for cancelled (or delayed flights of more than 3 hours) is below:- https://eu261compensationclaims.ryanair.com/
It is if you live near Manchester.
is there ajy from bristol airport
Just make sure you don't book anything for after March 29!
£279 for Phuket is a steal! Although Manchester isn't ideal.
I was looking at the virgin website earlier and for 5 nights at the cosmopolitan came to approx £1200
Apologies yes with the resort fee on lastminute.com it would work out at £1061.52 so would be cheaper booking the 7 night package over there. Great price for 7 nights if you want a week over 7 nights as you say.
Not sure how you managed to get £565 as the one I posted is £425 per person plus around £100 per person resort fees = £525 per Person £35 more per person for 2 extra nights is certainly worth it as 5 nights is not enough in my opinion especially when your travelling a 10k mile round trip
Yes the website has far too much information on it, £70 for one bag of 20Kg to go both ways, so sharing bag would make some sense. I'm not sure how many people could go to Vegas for 5 days with just hand baggage even with a 10Kg allowance, it sounds like a decent amount but clothes and shoes weight soon add up, and that doesn't take into account anything else.
It's £35pp each way luggage costs, not sure where you have your pricing from. So £70pp return trip. You could share a bag as you each get 10kg of hand luggage anyway. Depends on how much you need to take with you.
Course you did. You’re stopping off in Dubai and being fed a meal centaur steak and unicorn milk
Nice one, wish I'd been quicker noticing the same
