sorted byChrist, the fear in being charged £6 is enough for you mate, don't worry about watching any of the films when you do sign up...
You must be new here.
Contentwise they have documentaries, series and films. I love horror and seen 100s of films so this is good for discovering new things as well as mainstream.
Cant go wrong with 2 months free ( i only got 7days! ) and think its only £6 a month afterwards so wont break the bank
Do you want me to walk you through it?
Shudder are owned by AMC you can browse their titles without signing up.

Three whole reviews on Trust Pilot is probably not enough to base a judgement on. One of those reviewers is marking it down because you can't download the films to your laptop. He obviously misunderstands the meaning of a 'streaming service'.
Anyway, it's probably worth a try for 60 days. I probably wouldn't expect ultra smooth streaming on Halloween though so don't base any judgments purely on tonight as the servers are going to be hit hard. There's actually some really good films in the catalogue if you're into horror. I was previously a trial member but then cancelled before the trial finished as I'd seen most of the good films. No problems with cancelling and it can be done via your account page. It streamed fine for me, perhaps the odd small buffering pause once in a while but nothing serious. I streamed via my Chromecast but there are a few other methods available, although they do need to work on the technology that they support a bit. I've just tried to sideload it on my Shield but it didn't work. (edited)
I'm not sure to be honest. I always set calendar reminders to cancel trials a couple of days before they expire. I've just clicked to cancel my new trial and the page states that I'll lose access to the content if I proceed so I suspect you'll lose it once you cancel, regardless of how much time you have left.

Now T.V. no longer allows developer mode so you can't sideload any apps.

Just search for shudder in google somebody has said that when you register you get 60days so code might not be needed
Do you still get to view until the end of the trial if you cancel immediately?
I can't find any info on that in the small print. (edited)
so basically no point paying for it or anything at all as anything can be found online for free if you look in the wrong/right places
Well basically yes. The app is poor and awkward to use, the library is poor, the so called exclusives arnt really exclusive to shudder. It's generally not a good experience. I'm happy to pay money for a decent service. This isn't really. Says it all really when the illegal free to use apps have a slicker setup and better usability than the paid for ones.
Its not as slick s Netflix but for true horror fans this is great for 2 months free and then 5 quid a month
Naw mate, here longer than you but unlike yourself, £6 won't make or break my world...
That's impressive, you've been here longer than I have and you still don't know how this site works.
Congratulations.
