You can have loads of accounts as primary.
You can play on your UK account, yes.
But honestly, even at that price is an absolute steal!! You'll be bananas not too pick it up. I'm still playing through it and absolutely love it. Have held off playing God of War, which I picked up in the black Friday sales, because I want to complete this to 100%.
If you enjoy open world, exploration games that also have a great story and concept then you really need to grab this game. Cannot praise it enough. Really hope they make a sequel. (edited)

Simply because I have such a backlog of games to play already (Witcher 3 and Destiny 2)
I'm playing through God of War at the moment after recently completing RDR2 (which felt like it was becoming a bit of a chore towards the end), really enjoying the break from Open World type games and I actually feel like I'm making progress given the game is relatively linear.
That's a shame to hear that God of War is more linear. I certainly do prefer the freedom that comes from open world games and I do enjoy exploring. But I know what you mean about it feeling like a chore at times. I don't get to play as much these days, and when I do, it's usually in short sessions, so I guess I don't get bored as quickly. But it also means that I have a huge backlog of games that I still want to get through!! God of War is still in its wrapper, haven't picked up Spider-Man or RDR2 yet, will wait for a price drop. I still have Uncharted 4 in its wrapper because I haven't completed 3 yet .. Need to do a lot of gaming over the holidays lol

You'll have to buy the DLC from the same US /Canada account you bought the main game. Yes, it will work on your UK account.

I've the collectors edition from launch still wrapped up so will keep it that way and buy this complete edition. Can barely buy the dlc for that price so makes sense cheers
