randomly one day I was walking through kidderminster and bought the white one for 99p out of a charity shop ‘bin’. that was 12 years ago and its still goinng strong... i really want to get a new one but part of me loves that it’s still going strong (no doubt it’ll break down in about 3 hours!!)

I've had mine for 8 years and it's still going strong, I didn't know it opens bottles as well

We too have had one for probably about 18 years now. Still works like new, albeit a bit tatty now, might try and find one at this price.

haha another long life owner here, 10 years, still going but the magnet has long gone. Works fine, difficult to keep clean, bit bulky.

Great little device for the kitchen. We had ours for 10 years before I replaced it with a new one because the old one was looking a little worn.

I've had mine for about 10 years. I've lost a little bit with the magnet off the top but it's still used it in the last week to open my cans. Used to use the knife sharpener when it was still new but rarely use it these days. Great investment.

It was intersting reading the reviews by other users of this item but I wouldn't waste my time chasing a one off deal.
