    Don't bother to order. They take you money and order doesn't arrive. They do not refund the money and ask customers to file a claim with royal mail. Better order with reputed company.

My tracked delivery was also due in 3 days but it didn't arrive and tracking still shows it is in transit after 2 weeks . My guess is that royal mail lost it but the point is that beautybase is pathetic customer service. They asked me to file a claim with royal mail instead of refund which may take a month. Now I am without money and I have no gift to give.

    I bought from beauty base and there’s no lasting smell...lasts minutes and apparently their specifications for returns is an unopened unused perfume or aftershave in the original cellophane, convenient...never again...con artists..how do we smell them to complain they’re out of date or possibly fake if we’re not allowed to open them or spray them...very peculiar
