    Sure does.

If You are doing dynamic (twisting) exercises for your arms. The load goes through your knees.

    Small benefit to your running.

Best to do kungfu hustle exercises they will help you with your Buddha palm techniques (edited)

Good deal. 10 is a good weight for strength training. 8 less so. I wouldn’t even bother with anything less than that. Mostly mix kettle bell into a workout rather than focus too much on it. Avoid the plastic Argos ones that have really thick handles. I prefer metal ones because they are usually easier to grip though. Sports direct had a nice metal 10kg kettlebell.

You cannot do a stock check on line. You cannot order click and collect, you cannot order delivered. I amazed that this shop remains in business? The only good thing is the artificial fresh bread smell they pump out the ceiling when the defrosted (fresh) rolls come out? Having said all that it is worth it if you can actually get one of their bargains?

Well it's not a rip off for food, which is their main business.
And the reason their food is cheaper is because they don't have to subsidise click and collect and delivery with increased food prices.

If anyone is looking for a 10kg Kettlebell, I got both 8kg and 10kg from Argos half price. 10kg - argos.co.uk/pro…9:1

They are good quality, the only downside is that is a little wider than I would expect for a kettlebell (for both 8 and 10kg), so sometimes it can feel like handful if you have smaller hands, but ok for me generally.

False. All you have to do is increase the reps.

Might not build strength like heavy weights, but you'll certainly get a solid cardio workout.

Not just more, but so much more that it explains the price difference?I've Googled in good faith trying to prove your theory, without any luck. When I Google more generically for reasons Aldi is cheaper than big supermarkets, I find:- Fewer branded products- Smaller selection- Less decanting cases and time spent presenting products on shelves- Less advertising

I get my Asda shop delivered for £2 and most delivery doesn't cost more than £3.50/£4, there's no way that Asda aren't losing money on that compared to if I shopped in-store.

Unless Asda are paying their pickers and delivery drivers £1 per hour, that doesn't add up.

I admit that I haven't looked into it a huge amount, but I'm certain that these supermarkets do end up taking a loss in comparison to people just shopping in-store, but that's a loss they're willing to take as opposed to the money going to their competitors.

Exactly and its all about your form,I always say quality over quantity as when first got into HIIT was trying to do as many reps of burpees, press ups etc and now realise all about your form and just doing exercise perfect rather then worrying about reps and its same way with werights

Are you sure they are subsidising click and collect and delivery orders? I get the concept of loss-leaders, but It doesn't make much sense for supermarkets to run entire loss-making operations when the environment is so competitive. Online only supermarket Ocado made £47m last year, so online can make money.

I Googled it, but without much luck. A number of articles talk about supermarkets shifting their focus to online, suggesting that there is money in it. I found a Times headline that suggested Asda is making money on click-and-collect, but the article is subscription-only (and we all know headlines don't always exactly match articles!).

Online can definitely make money yes, but the big supermarkets lose money on click and collect compared to normal shopping cause they have to employ the pickers and run the website.

It's probably still worth it to them cause it prevents people from going to their competition instead, but I think the reason Aldi and Lidl are so cheap is because they aren't spending money on the pickers and online infrastructure.
