Came here to say this, if your sainsbury's is set up for Smart Shop, you can scan and shop at the same time (also good for checking prices in-store when they're missing from the shelf). I get quite a lot of Nectar Prices overlapping with bonus Nectar Points.
No idea how but I also had 10,000 Points (£50!!!) added to my Nectar card at the beginning of March.
I also downloaded the M&S Sparks app before last Halloween as they had a free £5, no minimum spend offer on it. Have had money off certain items, free £2 chocolate bar and there's currently a free hot drink at their Cafe.

Great isn't it I collect at least 500 bonus points every week from the app offers, on top of the SmartShop prices.
Another tip, ask Nectar for a 2nd card for your partner on the same account, effectively making it a joint account. We have 2 different Nectar card numbers, and each card gets it's own offers in the app, but the points from both cards get added to the same pot.
