This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Aldi Specialbuy Olive Trees are 'Coming soon'(Maybe Thursday) but appeared at my local Aldi Bradley Stoke, Bristol.
Good price for a real olive tree. Think they were around the same price last year in a similar special buy deal.

sorted byThat's a nice thought but being realistic about how much difference it'll make probably means putting your money into programs that plant and / or preserve forests instead and you can then just choose a tree based on aesthetics.
You could also plant a smaller tree / try growing from seed to reduce the carbon cost of growing and then transporting trees to the shop you're buying from!
Worth noting that supporting your local pollinating insects like bees is really important, so grow some flowers too! (edited)
I never understand the logic of how/when to choose those items… just rush and grab one whilst the cashier is turning your pack of hobnobs into a bullet train?
I love them. Especially the green variety
Just got mine. Thanks op 🏻
i have olive trees in my garden which do fruit but the olives never ripen , i guess it's because we don't get enough sun in UK
I think the offset of carbon from this olive tree is unlikely to recoup a fraction of that used to grow, transport and package the tree.
Bit odd you can order 2 for 44 quid, or a 'set of 2' for 49.99 lol
Ye i wanna know aswell
These also come in a 'plastic pot ' plus you can avoid the risk a the tree being damaged during transit
Outdoor 👌 (edited)
I saw those when I went into my local Costco! Very lovely and likely very old, but also very heavy!
Depends what you want them for. I was thinking of planting some trees in my garden to try offset some co2. I have apple and pear and they are great. But the olive tree I have is green all year round so would be better for what I want?
I have been told at my local garden centre that as a general rule no fruit trees must be kept indoors as fruit trees need lots of light and good air circulation , but if anyone has different experience please share
I have an olive tree that I put next to a South facing wall, it gets very hot there.
I was lucky enough to pick up mine half price 👌
I’ve not had any olives though (edited)
Same. I also have fig trees which are the same.
Are they on offer or is that the normal price please?
The set of 2 come on nicer pots!
Where did you get the pot ? I like it 😁
