Seen few Ryobi one+ items on sale lately, would anyone recommend the one+ system?

I'll offer a different opinion here and say I think the vac is pretty damn good at this price. I would caveat that with I only use mine with the 5ah battery, which gives it far more muscle than the standard 1.5ah batteries you get with the starter kits. Have hoovered up most stuff from sawdust to general kitchen / house debris and it is quick, convenient and does a decent job. Sure, it's not as good as a large vac with a rotating brush head, but it's a fraction of the price. I keep mine in a kitchen cupboard and bust it out on daily basis after the kids have passed through like a plague of locusts

If this vac is pants then can someone recommend another at this price point? (important: this price point - we all know how good the more expensive ones are)

As far as I'm aware, all the ones below £40 are absolutely terrible, but how terrible is this vac in the league of vaccum terribleness? (edited)

I'd like to know this too . Having recently invested in the Einhell range from deals on here . I'm tempted by the (what appear to be) above average reviews for the price point for the Einhell hand held battery vac .
I'd like a sub £100 (or sub £50 if such a thing exists) compact vac for dog hair laden floor mats and carpet in a camper van .
Space is at a premium in the van so size is only slightly less important than function.
The Dysons and Sharks of this world seem far too large and wallet busting for my use case .

Hoping someone can offer some genuine advice rather than the "Honest and unbiased" paid/sponsored/free item reviews that seem all too prevalent thes days .

I have this, my opinion is that it's really bad. I never even bother use it now, just grab a dustpan and brush

Just brought a bush handheld from argos for £35. It's pretty useless. Good Housekeeping recommended. I guess you don't get a 200 quid hoover for this price range. Go figure...

I have the older blue one and it's rubbish, haven't used it once bit might dig it out and see what it's like with a 5A lithium, I only used it with my old 18v +One nicads.
I'll stick with my Dyson V7 (edited)
