52303367-m6ssg.jpgThis company is nothing like apple, I even bought nothing product on their Amazon store, due to their policy, their amazon store is outsourcing, their store asked me to contact nothing, nothing asked me to contact their Amazon store, insane company, don't really trust this company.

Any context or spec comparison or is 'IT'S GARBAGE' the extent of this?

I have this phone.   Solid battery life and pretty stable besides one or two apps - YouTube won’t load videos at times but I am sure an update will fix this.   There are a few niggles like the pictures being organised in the photo gallery in a very weird way (creating new categories for pictures instead of listing them according to date)   Coming from a OnePlus, it was a bit painful.   I do like things like the ability to increase app size on your Home Screen for your main apps and generally the smooth responsive nature of the 120hz display.

The main gripe is that it’s an old chip set in this phone so it may not be as smooth in the long run.   I haven’t had any issues whatsoever with performance.  Overall I think it is a fantastic phone esp when you factor in 512GB memory and so far been very smooth. Plus I always think it’s good to support companies that design and have their bases in the UK. (edited)

This phone is normally very overpriced. This is a pretty good deal but the low water resistance rating puts me off. The led lights on the back are a gimmick (edited)

I dont know much about thw phone but if its mid range then this is mid range price, top of the range is 800-1000 for top tier phones and the bwst of the best are over £1k so this isnt tip if the range orice by far

But it’s a good deal for it. So let’s give credit to the OP for posting a deal. You should try posting one sometime.

I have the NP1, still has awesome battery life lasting 2 days. No issue with the screen, no burn in, I use the LEDs all the time, stays illuminated in different patterns depending on which app has left me a notification. Much easier than having to pick the phone up to check notifications

I have the NP1 256 + 12 as well , had it for about 8 months now and love it . Runs perfectly with no issues .
I got mine when 02 had the £299 offer

If you buy this phone be prepared for endless questions...
    "What iPhone case is that?
"You know you've left your torch on?"
Then you have to explain it's a "Nothing" phone and you get more and more questions.

    Great phone though!

I've discussed my issues with Samsung on here on many occasions, I'm not going to do it again. If only the Samsung fanboys would stick to their own deals, nobody likes them except you, Samsung are overpriced garbage

I switched phone fairly often (had this, RedMagic 8 Pro, a few Xiaomi, Samsung S23, iPhone 15 Pro and others in the last 2-3 years) and this one definitely stood out at being a favourite to use.
I appreciate it’s more expensive than its competitors, but it’s a really nice experience to use. The glyphs are described as a gimmick but I found them useful for the essential notification light. Battery life was great. I was tempted to switch back but prefer to try new things.

This said, I’m using the Nubia Z60 Ultra which I got for less than this and it’s great.
    CrispyBoi's avatar
Is that Nubia deal still floating around ?
  19. kwl147's avatar
Snapdragon Gen 2 would have capped the whole thing off nicely mainly for modem and efficiency gains but otherwise decent price if a little high but solid phone otherwise.
  20. gallacherp's avatar
Never buy a Samsung, life is much easier that way.

Was lucky enough to hop on the Nubia deal, but if I hadn't, this deal would be one I'd look at
    comedychris's avatar
Ive had a samsung phone for 7 years now and not had any issues at all, also used the samsung buds without issue, why never buy samsung can i ask?
  21. Tired.Ben.Affleck's avatar
    still overpriced.
  22. c0nsumer's avatar
Decent deal, shame it has the Gen 1.
  23. ssc1's avatar
Designed to be used less, at that price I'd not put it down.

Awful phone. Better going for the Nubia Z60 Ultra
    Mr.Nutts's avatar
It’s not awful. It’s great. But I agree the Z60 is better

Does anyone know where I can get a nothing phone theme for my iPhone or Samsung.. I'm looking all over but getting nowhere.. I just wanted to try the software theme before taking the plunge and buying a nothing phone.. Tia
    Flaggen's avatar
You won't be able to use the official software on a Samsung. You can purchase similar icon packs and KWGT supported widgets to get a feel of NothingOS though (edited)
  27. 123cat123cat's avatar
Could maybe a problem with the trade description act, if you received an empty box, they will say you agreed to buy a nothing phone :/
