A lot of brands banned by Amazon are selling on eBay for a third of the price. It would be handy to start a megathread for these.

MPOW, SOUNDPEATS, RAVPOWER, TAOTRONICS, VAVA to name a few. (edited)

Have MPOW been banned on Amazon? Why?

Are these any good? Seems mighty cheap for ANC headphones

I bought these for work when we went into lockdown, so had them for over 2.5 years now, and they work fine for what I need. I've never used them for music, however.

Any reason why Amazon stopped selling the mpow products?

I had the mpow m30's and looking for some more from a reputable seller as one bud is now quieter than the other.

They were one of several brands who gave incentives for buyers to give positive reviews.

I have these. £16 is about right. Sound is quite flat.

In a 'monitor' kind of way, or in the bad way?

Can anyone kindly let me know if they have tested out the noise cancelling on this ? Primarily looking for this feature for my son.
    Thank you!

It certainly provides a richer sound, but I'm not sure it really cancels much external noise.

Great headphones at this price though!

I had a pair of these. I think they cost around £30. They stopped working after 11 months and Amazon gave me a full refund so I've no complaints.

They were fairly comfortable and had excellent battery life. Sound quality was not quite as good as the very similar Taotronics TT-BH05 headphones that I still have and obviously not in the same league as much more expensive Sony headphones. Sound cancelling has an effect but probably only a little more than the thick earpieces.

The main drawback is that charging is via micro USB.

Definitely worth it at this price.

Hey. Are these on ear or more over ear? Cheers

good question ans i was wondering same, to the people that don't know on ear is when the pads sit on the ear, over ear is when the pads wrap arround the ear.

It is ok for this price bracket.

ANC is basic or near to zilch.

I have one for many years and still functioning.

I bought a 2nd unit recently at 13-15hbp but returned it for an Anker instead

I got some in my starter pack with my current job. Didn't have the heart to tell them I have about 50 pairs of headphones/earbuds! I agree, not much in the way of noise cancellation and pretty bog standard for music but hard to argue with £17. Heat added (edited)

    I have the H10 set.
I doubt they would win awards, but I'm no audiophile.
I have found the plastic around the sliders to be brittle/fragile, and the only solution was superglue. OK for me as they are set for my needs, but no longer adjustable.
These came as a bluetooth unit that could easily have a 3.5 wire attached. Something that several expensive units do not have

Nice I paid more than this & although a bit tight for me had to stretch mine I'm tempted to get another pair at this price.
    AgentBartonBones's avatar
What was the method you used to stretch

I've got two of these and they're fine. Just used them for in-plane entertainment for a trip to the Maldives and back.
The sound quality and noise cancellation was fine for in plane use.
Both sound quality and noise cancellation was better on the anker q20 I tried but these are much cheaper and the noise cancellation works in wired mode which I needed for in plane use....

Have a pair of Mpow 7 and Mpow Hybrid Noise Cancelling Headphones.
    Both are great.
Not as good as my Soundcore Q30.
But at a third of the price these look good.

    I second this😁
I've been abusing my MPOW H12's
in the gym for almost a year and the have been faultless.

Battery life is my biggest plus point.

Paid almost double for these off Amazon Feb '21 on an offer. Great timing as cracked hinge for right headphone and planned to superglue.
  21. Stu2000's avatar
Does anyone know if these have a mic mute button on them? Can’t find any mention of that in the details
