    got a Regatta waterproof walking shoe last year for £25, the insole came off on in 2 months. used a replacement from sports direct and in 5 months of occasional use the sole broke down and had water seep through even while walking in slight rain or over tiny puddles. utter waste of money on quality that lasts less than a year. I've had other walking shoes last several years.

    stay away from Regatta if you expect them to last more than 6-12 months.

    Get some elasticated laces. Saves all the faff off having to un/do them. Especially if wet. It also saves you caving in the back of the shoe. Been using them in the same pair for 3 years now. Still good

    In case anyone was wondering, you can return click and collect items for free via a Regatta store. They won't refund you, but they will return it for you and you don't need to pay £3.80.
