Just make sure not to play the remaster of Shadow of the Templars on your first play through. They broke the tension of many puzzles by removing the penalty of death... In this remaster you can still die as a consequence for your actions. Narratively, SoTT also was negatively impacted by the remaster (too much trying to fix what wasn't broken). This remaster is an actual remaster.

Played this a few months back. Holds up great apart from the fairly abrupt ending.

It is a superior remaster to shadow of the Templars, which i am less inclined to recommend. (edited)

Can anyone recommend something with a similar feel for someone who has played the entire broken sword catalogue?

PS. Great deal, heat added, if you've not played this you are missing out. (edited)
