    Anyone who hasn't tried this before, it's a great source of protein and has a natural taste like very mild scrambled eggs. Eat as the main course, or add to dishes like spag-bol, stews, soups, or roasts to up the nutritional benefits of plant protein - without everyone in your family knowing they're enjoying vegan food
