Fanastic to iluminate the garden during the summer months evenings, very bright at 3500 lumens.
As a comparison, old style 500watt halagen flood lights are around 6500-7000 lumens light output, so 2 x 50w LED floods would give around similar ilumination for just 20% power consumption of halagens.
In these days of high electicity prices, these will soon pay for themselves.

About the size of a folded A4 sheet of paper and are very thin, no bulky rear casing to hinder installation placement.

Product Description:
A slimline LED floodlight that delivers a long life and efficient stable performance. It can be quickly and easily mounted on plasterboard, wood or masonry surfaces and is suitable for walls, driveways, buildings, security lighting, porch lighting, workshop lighting and any other area where reliable flood lighting is required.
  • Suitable for mounting on plasterboard, wood or masonry surfaces
  • High efficiency long life span and stable performance
  • Non-dimmable
  • 300mm, 3-core mains cable attached
  • IP65 rated

I have a couple of these and they are very bright

Not particularly efficient though, 3500 lumen from 50w not the best I've seen.

Assuming these don't come with a motion sensor? Looking for something to put outside my drive as there are no street lights near, but don't want it lit the entire time I'm out lol

I'm moving away from th integral PIR type as failure of either the PIR or the lamp renders the whole unit scrap, as this has happened in the past. The PIR can be purchsed seperately and wired into a outdoor waterproof connection box and the lamp wired into that...

Trouble with some of these floodights is that they concentrate the light beam. I prefer the ones with a diffuser

The sweet spot is 4x as there's free postage. That makes £25 for 4.

Why not just stop using them?

These are quite good as they throw a lot of light at low wattages, but FYI I got the kind of thing but 60W and RGB at Amazon for £20. May be useful if the colours come in handy to you - I only looked as lighting failed at work and needed something quickly.

I've bought various unbranded LED lights from ebay etc over the years, they often lie about the wattage (and sometimes even the voltage!)

The standard thing was a "10w" light was actually about 3w in real life

Why do I have to pay £4.99 ex VAT delivery costs for an item worth £6.25?
