Avoid seed oils. Not healthy. Stick to virgin olive oil

The olive oil is not suitable for frying and hot temperature!

Blackburn local Tesco has plenty of it in stock.

£7 for the rapeseed oil isn't bad either

It is if it causes inflammation in your body! Everyone needs to avoid rapeseed oil if they want to live without any auto immune disorders! Do yourself a favour and just Google the evidence for this.

Went to buy this in the local Tesco express yesterday and it scanned at £8.80. Showed the assistant the online price and they said it’s different for each store?? Left the two bottles and walked out. I guess this only applies to big stores?

That's why I go to Asda, whatever Asda price is online their local stores or big stores have same price. Tesco sell for more higher than their online prices. Sainsburys are good as well. I try to avoid tesco because their prices are very expensive compared to online prices (edited)

Nobody should be consuming this tbh

Whys that? Is this safer to consume than vegetable oil or are they as bad as each other

Ah generic “”inflammation”. Another one of those buzzwords similar to generic “toxins”.

Inflammation is complex with many different processes and some inflammation can actually be useful.

Really good price at £1.50 a litre considering its around £2.40 per litre bottle in most supermarkets - Great deal OP!

It used to be £3.50 for 5 litres... Blasted megalomaniacs invading places they shouldn't.

I'd imagine prices will fall later this year as farmers worldwide will grow more rape, The next crisis will be grain because less has been sown this year .
The government "wilding scheme" has been a success though, the number of rats has quadrupled!
