Says it activated but doesn't display the details of the offer underneath like it usually does on these promos. Still had very good luck on getting the 16x and 8x offers to work together and the 6x and 12x before that and they displayed the same way so maybe it will work. Never had so many nectar points

Already have something I'd like to buy with this, just not sure whether to hold off till tomorrow as I know we are well overdue a 10% off all sellers promo, though I thought they would have done it easter weekend if at all? (edited)

It states in the terms that the points are deducted in the event of a refund but what if you've already spent the points in the interim.

I have had this before in the case of items not being received or returned due to a fault, the points are indeed deducted if they are still in your nectar account, hence why whenever I have enough points for a voucher I convert them immediately as (I believe) once converted they can't be taken back, you do end up with a - points value in your nectar account if there is an order cancellation or return, but there is no penalty for that other than it taking longer to build up to another voucher of course. If it was a multiple of the same item from the same seller then yes it should work. As it would be displayed as one purchase on your checkout page.

It does say allow up to 28 days for points to be added. I'd take screenshots of bonus offers just to be on the safe side. If you do have to contact customer services.

I think the only problems I've had with nectar offers are when they remove Esso bonus nectar point offers from the app early. But eBay bonus offers are added to my account.

Don't be surprised if your activation of this deal doesn't work!!! I activated the link on ebay 3 times but didn't get any acknowledgement it had been activated, only got 30 points for spending £30, and didn't get any message that I would get the 240 points, 8 X usual,points, offered!!! And when I queried it, ebay told me to check that I had activated it but didn't explain how to, and didn't reply when I asked them how to. So beware of such offers!!! I did activate the offer more than once to make sure.

Looks like my orders getting cancelled by the seller. I’ve said I don’t mind waiting but they’re pushing for a refund.

What will happen to the bonus points? Should I just convert them into vouchers now and spend?

Edit: Seller has cancelled and refunded. The minus is showing but not yet adjusted my points total. (edited)

It's up to you if you want to spend the points now then you can. You'll just go into minus points when they cancel the order. You'll just have to build them back up again. It's happened to me a couple of times.

It was for buying just one item £15 or more. I think the only way buying more than one item would work is if it was multiple of the same item from the same seller. As it would be classed as one transaction.

I don't see why not as it's still a purchase of the amount to qualify for the bonus points. Just activate the offer and then convert your points to a voucher and go for it! Although when I converted my points for £10 it wouldn't let me use the other 500 points for some reason? That didn't use to be the case. So just check you can convert it to £15 first. (edited)
