Thanks for sharing. Anyone any experience using, reviews on the 4 piece set aren’t great?

Stanley own DeWalt and these are very similar to the Stanley Dynagrip chisels, identical except the handle colours are reversed. The Stanley set of the same chisels is about £35.

A couple of things - up until very recently the Dynagrip chisels used to have "Made in Sheffield" engraved on the chisel, but now they don't seem to have this. Something to check, as otherwise the chisel is likely forged in China and may be generic quality.

Second, the Stanley Dynagrip Fatmax chisels (clear handle) were renowned for being a good strong chisel that holds it's edge well - I know this as that's why I brought them years ago. If these DeWalt chisels are the Fatmax equivalent, then yes this is a bargain and will be great chisels.

Poor reviews, and I would say the Irwin Marples set at £70 is a better buy for something which should last a lifetime and can actually be used for pound through if you need to.
Cheap chisels have a place especially for teardown work, but these are priced between the two and don't really fit into either.
