Laser printers have changed my life, I spend £15 a year now on ink instead of £40 a month. If you do not need colour then ditch the inkjets and buy laser. (edited)

Please don’t put ink in a laser printer

It's an excellent printer, bought similar price a month or two ago. So impressed.

Like Thecountry, I bought one of these a couple of months ago. It’s a great printer and lets me print wirelessly direct from my PC, iPhone and iPad.
    Heat added.

Like the others - bought this last time it was on here also a couple of months ago. Really easy to set up and works flawlessly for very occasional use. HEAT (edited)

ADF, RJ45 ETHERNET and compatible toner £17-odd. Shame it's slightly too deep to fit cupboard in which my old Samsung printer resides

    Wheres the ADF?

Great price. Bit of a big chungus though.

    Excellent price. Thanks OP

    Thanks, purchased one.

That's three laser printers in the house but hopefully the first wireless one which works effortlessly.

Will offload the other two (Brother and also a Ricoh SP213W for £30 via HUKD > Groupon back in 2016) to family

I've got the older 2510 but it's been faultless and still going strong. A huge improvement over the previous inkjet

Where’s the best place to get replacement ink

Thanks! Been meaning to replace my old inkjet for a while and just pulled the trigger. Seems like a good price

Nice deal! Just bought one to replace an old Dell colour (I hope I don't miss that!) laser that is no longer supported by the growing number of Macs and other Apple devices in the house. Looking forward to having AirPrint as it will save me having to boot up a Windows machine every time my kids want something.

Thanks for the link. Very well timed as I've been looking for a laser printer quite urgently for the last few days and was reluctant to pay full price as I'd seen this deal posted in the past here. Ordered it this morning and got a tracking link the same day.

Does anyone know if these work with compatible toner cartridges? I know brother printers have a reputation for being ok with compatibles, but it seems like that has begun to change recently for some of their models and they're starting to play the same anti consumer game hp does requiring only original cartridges (if reviews online are to be believed at least). Does this have automatic duplex?
    accidentalbuilder's avatar
Yes for printing. Though reviews say the document feeder only scans single sided (but to my eyes it doesn't look like it has a document feeder at all, so not sure if they're mixing it up with another model or I'm just not seeing it). It does mention adf in the specs and someone else mentions it above. Perhaps adf stands for something else in this case.

Great deal. Had recently got a terrible Epson printer that barely prints 40 pages before asking for ink.

Thanks OP, had to use the different link in thread to get it for £116 + nectar.

    Thanks OP.

Ordered last night, arrived in the morning. Quite an easy set up for wireless printing/scanning to replace an old HP laser printer which is no longer compatible with Windows 11! (edited)

Please can anyone who has this printer confirm whether it has an automated document scanner for scanning in documents with multiple pages without having to scan pages 1 by 1 on flatbed scanner?
    steve252's avatar
    It does not.
  20. hidp123's avatar
    Does it have auto duplex?
    steve252's avatar
    It does not.

Posting here for reference. Viking use a company called Menzies for delivery. Do some research into them before you order. (Trustpilot etc) I wish I had.

Had no issues myself with delivery and around £10-11 cashback so came to £105ish
