    You're trying to use it on unflavoured. It has to be the cookies and cream flavour.

    Between 8 and 9 weeks. Beyond a standard shake, I will make other things like "pancake" batter, cookie mixture etc with it.

    I had my first shake using this powder yesterday evening. It is very sweet but I thought it was delicious and I am looking forward to my next one. I have only be "wheying" for 18 months and would say this is the best one yet (admittedly I have had some right tripe during that time so far so my standards may be lower).
