Where can I buy a battery and charger for this.? Actually was looking to rent a strimmer for some grass in front of the house. But this comes cheaper than renting

I have one of these, and it works absolutely fine, but. . . the little plastic blades last about 30 seconds - does anyone know if there are others which are tougher and compatible with this?
