Great that they have come back after the loss of Taylor Hawkins. I remeber the Glastonbury gig a few years ago, a great live band!

Not the same without Taylor. Irreplaceable.

I went to the Taylor Hawkins tribute concert at Wembley last year - Front pit (with my son of 11 - entirely against the gig rules!). It was a great loss of an amazing drummer and showman, not to mention David’s best friend. We mourned his loss. At risk of annoying fans (I’m a big fan) in terms of replacing Taylor, he was good, but not great. There are far superior drummers out there - take Gavin Harrison of Porcupine Tree / Pineapple Thief / King Crimson for example - a couple of leagues above in terms of sheer talent. However, what Taylor didn’t have there he more than made up for through his showmanship and raw rock and roll attitude. RIP Taylor. (edited)

Is this like a Covid throwback event… bit like the WWE were doing?

No, quite an unusual comparison there too.

Dunno if anyone saw about preordering the new album for access to presale tickets for 'soon-to be-announced' UK dates.

Appears you can just register here without having to make a purchase...
