READY TO USE FLEXIBLE SKIMCOAT FOR MOVING & TILED SUBSTRATES:

A fine skimcoat filler that remains flexible when dry so a perfect coating when treating re-appearing cracks. It can also be used for light filling. It is suitable for damp areas and is breathable so is ideal for kitchens and bathrooms. It offers excellent adhesion on all substrates, including soft surfaces and even for covering tiles. Easy to spread, easy to sand.

Thought this would keep my wig in place once and for all and then realised I mis-read the title! (edited)

Great, was looking for exactly that to combat movement around the stairs - lets see if it works!

So long as you're happy this is just seasonal movement and a fine crack that's not getting bigger...

Recommend cutting back a bit of original plaster either side then adding mesh or scrim tape which should reduce chance of cracking again

Bargain! I use Toupret wood filler quite a lot and it is really decent quality gear.

I know Toupret do a Joint Skim and Fill product, but does anyone know if this product can be used for jointing tapered plasterboard?? I’m guessing so but does anyone know for sure?? Cheers.

The product sheet doesn't say it should be used for filling joints. The joint skim and fill is really good though

Can this this be used for filling in flaked plaster from changing skirting boards and architrave?. Or what what would you recommended.

Never used this specific product but sure. If it's a small gap IE a couple of mm between wall and wood, I'd probably use acrylic frame sealant, cheap flexible and paintable

Would this be suitable for an outdoor roof covered porch ceiling? The roof ceiling is currently just old plasterboard and was looking for a quick fix of some kind. It's about 6ft x 12ft area. Thanks!

Should be fine as a skim coat. I've done the same in my outhouse

Order accepted and money taken for 2 tubs for collection. My local branch just telephoned me to inform me that this product is discontinued and they will refund me.

I feel misled and disappointed 😞
