    Nope. They were a great pre andriod phone running Windows mobile. There was sod all#l software for windows mobile back in the day when I owned this phone from new. You used to be able to mod the rom to android, but I just got rid of the phone and bought an android one.

    And it’s not even a 4G phone, it uses 3G for internet and 3G is being switched off by most networks this year.

    I had two of these last time but Currys refused to accept them as a trade-in. Tried to trade in a CEX but they both were showing water damage (there's a little white dot behind the battery somewhere). Ended up getting a refund from eBay.

    Too late to re-order.

    I have checked a number of on-line blacklist check sites and they have all come back clean. I suspect Samsung have spotted it is a windows phone and rejected the claim but are saying it is blacklisted instead.

    Prior to this was of course was the Orange SPV, made by HTC. Memory a bit hazy but I think this was regarded as the first true "Smart Phone" cos it ran a proper OS and not Symbian.

    I started with the SPV E200.
    I remember travelling to uni on the coach watching episodes of the Simpsons and other TV programmes I compressed and put on the full sized SD card to slot into the phone.
    People were amazed you could watch video on any device that wasn't a portable mini TV with the pull out aerial.

    Hopefully one day someone will leak the engineering data for another phone so they can triple boot windows phone/android/linux like you could on this

    For the last couple of years of its life mine was taped to a window tethering mobile data, as it was the only way to get internet in our area...
