I got some of these about 2 years ago. I guess this is just general shelf advice but be aware that MDF warps (at best) and goes soggy or mouldy if left in damp or humid places. Treat them as you would any exterior wood. I painted mine with zinsser primer then added an extra gloss topcoat. Lot of faff but they look as good as the day they were put together - better even with shiny white shelves. Or replace the boards. Don't let MDF get wet. OSB shelves tend to be higher priced. Also depth of 40cm is handy / better imo if you have the space. I think £20 is a fair price. The framing is excellent once constructed - just be aware of the cheap shelf material and upgrade as needed. (edited)

Great for indoor use (don't put it anywhere that may get damp, like a garage).
The parts may seem a bit flimsy but once it's put together it's pretty sturdy. (edited)

I bought 5 for use in my garage. Discovered they had started to go mouldy. My solution that seems to have worked was some spare fence paint. I wouldn't say don't put them in a garage, but I would say use with caution and be prepared to need to do some DIY to keep them lasting.

Bought a couple for my shed previously. Flimsy, buckled when putting together and as said above, now covered in mould.

    Not a fan.

Try screwing to the shed frame, makes a big difference.

Ended up looking at some different shelves:

    amazon.co.uk/dp/…JX4

I was quite amused that the shape was listed as 'trapezium', so I'm not sure that they will be the sturdiest of things

Bought these a few years back when the price was around £30 I think. Been up ever since and still going strong.

Would recommend them as a product, maybe not at that price though.

I can't recommend these - ordered 5 different ones from them, and 2 had bits missing.

Put mine up today spot on. And stained the shelves to protect them

Which stain did you use for protection?
