Pure Creatine Monohydrate Powder, a well known and thoroughly studied supplement within the bodybuilding world. It has been scientifically proven that Creatine Monohydrate is both safe and extremely effective at improving several areas; building lean muscle mass, increasing strength and maximising performance.

How does this simple ingredient achieve so much? To enable your body to achieve higher, better results it needs to tap into it's "ATP pool" ATP is a substance within your muscles enabling them to twitch, they only hold the necessary amount to function so, to enable greater potentials you need to boost the availability of ATP, you do this by taking Creatine Monohydrate which is a natural substance already found in the body, once this enters the body it turns into Creatine Phosphate, which then helps to create ATP, the substance that provides your muscles with energy to allow all of the above to take place.

At Bodybuilding Warehouse we pride ourselves on quality. Our Creatine Monohydrate has been produced in-house in our own custom built factory, using ingredients from approved, audited suppliers who meet our strict quality assurance standards, and work within our principles.

Suggested Use:

On Workout Days: Add 5g’s (1 level scoop) to a high-carbohydrate drink (e.g. fruit juice or Performance Recover) and consume within 30 minutes of completing your workout.

Hi did you get the micronised version? I ordered the micronised version but received the standard version. I think it may have been a pricing error for the micronised version.

Great find. Did see they had glutamine powder 1kg at a good price. Creatine usually goes around £40-50 a kilo and don't fall for the other varieties. All the research is done with regular creatine monohydrate, so the other options aren't really based on science or studies. Good for cognition and atp also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Silly question is it safe to consume Creatine that has exceeded its expiration date? I have an unopened packet in my cupboard, but it expired in July 2022!
    gg1pl's avatar
    gg1pl
Does it say BBE, Best Before not Use By? If it is BBE most things should be safe to consume if stored in a cool, dry place

It's like people, best before 18-21 then downhill but still usable

Screaming hot deal, thanks OP - The £5 in Nectar points take this down to £14.49 per kg / £7.25 per 500g which is pretty much 2020 prices.

Still miss the days when you could get 1kg for a little more than a tenner. It’s pure profiteering now companies have realised demand isn’t dropping off but supply chains have recovered
