£5 off £10+ purchase (Account Specific / Invite Only) @ PayPal

By participating in PayPal’s £5 reward offer (the "Programme"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). 1. “Offer Period”: Starts at 12:00:00 a.m. British Summer Time (“BST”) on 18 May 2023 and ends 30 June 2023, at 11:59:59 p.m. BST or until 60,000 Rewards (defined below) have been redeemed, whichever happens first (“Offer Period”). 2. “Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents in the United Kingdom who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) have a U.K. personal account with PayPal that remains in good standing through Reward fulfillment (“Valid Account”), and (3) receive an authorised email inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”) (eligibility for/those who receive the Invitation will be determined solely by PayPal). 3. How it works: The £5.00 GBP (five pounds) voucher (“Reward”) will be automatically added to the Eligible Participants Valid Account. The Reward will be automatically applied to the Eligible Participant’s next Eligible Purchase (defined below) with PayPal which must be made before 30 June 2023, 11.59.59 p.m. GMT (the “Closing Date”). 4. Eligible Purchases. An “Eligible Purchase” means a purchase of £10.00 GBP (ten pounds) or more using their Valid Account during the Offer Period. Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) purchases made using PayPal.me; (4) PayPal Debit Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account, (5) PayPal transaction fees, or (6) transactions made in any currency other than pounds sterling. Rewards will be viewable in the “Offers” section of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account and may only be redeemed as described in these Terms and Conditions. The Reward does not constitute electronic money, is not deemed part of your PayPal balance, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or transferred out of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account. The Reward is separate and different to PayPal balance. If the Reward is not used during the Offer Period, it will expire. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant’s PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of their Valid Account. There are only 60,000 (sixty thousand) Rewards available during the Offer Period; Rewards will no longer be available once the limit is reached. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Valid Account. 5. Miscellaneous: Redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. The Reward does not constitute electronic money, is not deemed part of your PayPal balance, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred out of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account, except in PayPal’s sole discretion. If item(s) purchased using a Reward are returned and the Offer Period has expired, PayPal will first refund the money spent to the payment method used to complete the Eligible Purchase and purchase amount in excess of the money spent (i.e., the value of the Reward) will not be refunded. If the Offer Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the Offers section of the Valid Account and will be available for use by the account holder. PayPal may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the reward. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in their sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, reward, or offer-related materials or correspondence or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to PayPal. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse completion of the Reward. Offer is void where prohibited, if Eligible Purchases are not completed through legitimate channels, or if any offer-related materials are counterfeit, altered, fraudulent, defective, tampered with or irregular in any way. Participation is subject to PayPal’s User Agreement. Certain offers may not be transferable. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding. 6. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by England and Wales law. By participating in the Programme, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the User Agreement. The courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. 7. Promoter.
