AA breakdown at home and nationwide recovery for 2 People for 1 Year plus £50 gift card

Not worth it these days, probably better to save up to use a local breakdown service/garage. Here's my experience of using AA for the first time in about 12 years of paying the sub.
Broke down at 8.30pm Friday on the M6 reported breakdown, told help would arrive within 1 hour because we had 2 under 10's with us and the lack of a hardshoulder. Then told 3 hours. After 3 hours still no help, told on the way, contractor finally arrived after another 20 minutes, he only moved us 5 minutes up the motorway and down a side road. Waited another hour for an AA man to come who diagnosed fault and arranged recovery, told need to wait another 1.5 hours, after which I phoned to find out it is another 3.5 hours wait. Eventually at 4am with 2 young children we set off for home, arriving at 6.45am. Disgraceful.

What retailers is the gift card for please? Ann Summers is no good for me.

I pay £75 at RAC for 2 people(wife - any car) very similar deal x 15 months with nationwide recovery +++ and breakdown attendance 1/4 mile from home. Have to make phone call every policy renewal as always quoted around £150 x 12 months but price floors once I speak to call handlers........???..so, HOT deal OP.

Do you know if it's unlimited call outs?
