    I recently moved from EE to smarty. Airtime rewards don’t support smarty. How can I move the money from my account now. I can gift someone but no way to transfer money to myself

    I contacted customer service and they changed my rewards to be able to be withdrawn to my bank account instead. I was on 3, I changed to smarty. This was a few years ago though.

    I'm with O2, it didn't work so I changed my network to EE, entered code again and Bingo!! Worked. Changed back to O2 and 50p still showing

    Thanks OP. If you have not set up EE in your account will not work.
    You will need to go to more than my network, change to EE than enter code THANKS 12, and after just change back to your original network

    It was a good opportunity to slag off both them and EE, plus get a rare 50p for the privilege. You have to change your network to EE and then back again (if you are with another network) for it to work.

    In general yes it's fine to have if you have an approved mobile network on AR. Unfortunately in the last 2-3 months, the main/ bigger bonus promo codes have stopped from AR.
