Price dropped £70

No it's not cheapest it's been! But it's an excellent cooler and probably the best 280 under ton and is NEVER in stock under £100 brand new by Amazon themselves, maybe only as Arctic as the 3rd party seller on Amazon.

Also Arctic support are great and when they did make errors with their products, company owned up and resolved it well unlike Asus or Gigabyte.

    what idle temps you getting in this 30c ambient heatwave, these 31c temps some are claiming don't seem right.

    Idle temps don't really matter unless they're high. Focus on load.

    In case anyone is unfamiliar with the Arctic coolers, these are MONSTERS. I have a 240mm edition on an AMD 5950x and it idles at 31C and under load hits about 44C (I also used the new Arctic MX-6 thermal paste).

    You can also swap the stock fans out for some nice RGB ones (do not have to be Arctic fans) if that's what you fancy.

    Yeah the fans on these can get loud after a year, so adding some good quality Noctua helps lower the noise

    Fans replaced with Arctic F12 Silent.
    Spin 500RPM. Water Pump silent. PSU Fan off, GFX Fans off.

    Have 2, run time of 4+ Years.

    Cools an AMD 3700x (65w TDP) and an Intel i7-920 ( ? 140w - 220w)

    I have this cooler on my 5800x3d and it fantastic. People just need to be aware it thicker than normal other aio out there

    Yep got a couple of 3d Mark world records using this and still going in my Rocket Lake build now...brilliant coolers although I only paid £65ish for it...crazy prices
